Clearing a lot is the first move on any new build, and how it is done determines what every trade behind you is working with. We remove trees, brush, and debris, handle the haul-off, and coordinate with whoever is starting excavation next. No gap between the clearing crew and the excavation crew, because with us, it is the same crew.
We serve Duluth, Hermantown, Ashland, Cloquet, Superior, Proctor, and Two Harbors. Bonded and licensed in Minnesota and Wisconsin.
From site walk to clean handoff, ready for the excavation crew.
We walk the lot before scheduling any equipment. We assess tree volume, stump count, haul-off requirements, and any site access constraints that affect how we approach the job.
Trees and brush are removed to ground level. We work from the perimeter in, keeping the site organized and accessible for equipment throughout the process.
Stumps are ground or fully removed depending on the depth required for the planned foundation or grade. We ask about the build plan before we start so stumps are handled correctly the first time.
All cleared material is loaded and hauled off site. We do not leave brush piles or debris for another crew to deal with. The site is clean when we leave.
Before handing off to the excavation crew, we do a rough grade assessment and flag any drainage or elevation concerns that will affect the site prep work that follows.
We are on the approved lists for the builders who move the most projects in Duluth and Superior.
